Took my car to the shop and they had this outside. My guess is that it’s not driven by a soccer mom.
The Rallye Breslau is an endurance mud crawl for Bikes, Jeeps and off-road trucks. Could this be the organizers/marschalls/something?
Most of the thing is covered with some thick, matte black stuff which looks like undercoating or truck bed liner, and has definitely seen some battles.
